Thrive Life Coaching, LLC
Life is a puzzle,
but together we can solve it.
ADHD Coaching for Students
As someone with ADHD who has navigated academia, I intimately understand the challenges involved. With an approach that combines education and empathy, I help students better understand their own unique hardwiring, recognize how ADHD affects their life, and craft personalized strategies for success.
ADHD Coaching for Adults
Navigating ADHD challenges can be just as demanding for adults as it is for children, yet resources tailored to adults are often lacking. My mission is to fill this gap by providing coaching specifically designed for adults with ADHD. Using a strengths-based approach, I will not only help you better understand your amazing brain, but also help you develop a deeper appreciation for it. This will involve learning to work with your ADHD rather than against it.
ADHD Coaching for Parents
As a parent of a child impacted by ADHD, navigating the complexities of this diagnosis can be overwhelming. But you don't have to navigate them alone. Using an approach grounded in education, understanding, and lifestyle management, we will work together to create an environment in which both you and your child feel empowered to thrive.
Executive Function Coaching
I believe in harnessing the power of your strengths to overcome challenges in executive function through personalized guidance aimed at enhancing your life skills. Fostering the development of these skills will help you to overcome obstacles with great ease, make decisions with more confidence, and, ultimately, live a fuller, richer, more successful life.
My Approach
ADHD coaching is a lot like tackling a puzzle. In sessions, I partner with clients to sort through the pieces with the goal of understanding how ADHD impacts them and/or their loved ones. We then explore new ways to put those pieces together to create the lives they want. Throughout this process, I help them envision the completed picture, providing clarity and perspective when things seem fuzzy or overwhelming. Whether it’s strategies for managing distractions, techniques for staying organized, or tools for handling tough moments, I am there to provide support and encouragement.
About Me
I am an ADDCA-accredited ADHD life coach as well as a highly-qualified executive function coach with extensive experience supporting neurodiverse clients of all ages. Before making the switch to full-time coaching, I spent well over two decades as both an educator and a mid-level manager for a company that provided virtual tutoring. I’m also an ADHD mom raising a teenage son with a very complicated ADHD puzzle.
