Welcome to ADHD Coaching for Adults

Managing ADHD challenges can be just as demanding for adults as it is for children, yet resources tailored to adults are often lacking. My mission is to fill this gap by providing coaching specifically designed for adults with ADHD. Using a strengths-based approach, I will not only help you better understand your amazing hardwiring but also help you develop a deeper appreciation of it. This will involve learning to work with your ADHD rather than against it.

During our sessions, we will delve into the aspects of ADHD that resonate most with you, develop tailored tools to help you overcome challenges in these areas, and explore ways to leverage your
unique strengths. Some topics we might explore along the way include:
-
Emotional Intensity - The heightened emotional responses often experienced by individuals with ADHD, which can include intense feelings of joy, frustration, or anger.
-
Time Insensitivity - Difficulty perceiving and managing time, leading to challenges with punctuality, time estimation, and time management.
-
