My Approach
ADHD coaching is a lot like tackling a puzzle. In sessions, I partner with clients to sort through the pieces with the goal of understanding how ADHD impacts them and/or their loved ones. We then explore new ways to put those pieces together to create the lives they want. Throughout this process, I help them visualize the completed picture, providing clarity and perspective when things seem fuzzy or overwhelming. Whether it’s strategies for managing distractions, techniques for staying organized, or tools for handling tough moments, I am there to provide support and encouragement.
My core values include compassion, collaboration, and honest communication. The cornerstone of any strong coaching relationship is trust. To that end, I endeavor to provide a safe space where clients can explore issues without fear of judgment. I listen, observe, and, when permission is granted, share my insights. I partner with clients to think through their challenges and to find creative ways to overcome them. Using a Socratic approach, I ask questions to encourage new ways of seeing themselves, new ways of navigating the world around them, new ways of envisioning their futures. For this, I believe, is the path that will take them from surviving to thriving.

What sets me apart from other ADHD coaches is my strong background in education, profound understanding of ADHD, and lifetime of lived experience. With well over 20 years as a teacher, tutor, mentor and manager; extensive training in ADHD coaching, life coaching, and executive function coaching; and my own personal experiences as a parent with ADHD raising a child with ADHD, I offer a truly comprehensive approach that teaches clients how to work with their amazing hardwiring rather than against it.
